Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our busy, fast flowing, hire controller team at our head office in Poole. The role is Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00 with breaks. The company offers 20 days plus bank holidays per year. Experience isnt necessary for the entry level position as training will be given, however you must have good listening skills, we work with a host of different clients who like things done right first time.

Your role as a hire controller will mainly consist of answering customer calls on the phone, web chat enquiries and responding to emails for our plant hire business. You will then action the customers request on our computer software sending contracts and invoices to the clients. There will be some additional data entry.

Our company has been growing rapidly over the last few years and to keep our customer service standards high this is why we need you. We offer over 450 different machines with more being added this year.

Our location is remote so you must have your own transport. Uniform is provided. Our business is reactive to clients needs and additional roles & tasks may be introduced depending on the needs and growth of the business.
