Job Summary
As a Hire Controller, you'll be the key point of contact for customers hiring our wide range of plant and equipment. You'll manage enquiries, coordinate hires, and ensure our clients receive excellent service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers and handle their enquiries, to ensure we are their go-to supplier Help to manage your driver team and set their delivery schedule to ensure that customers receive equipment when needed Process on-hire and off-hire requests
Requirements
Experience working on a hire desk in Plant and Tool hire Ability to build relationships with customers Ambitious, can-do attitude - we never say no! Good knowledge of core Plant and Tool hire equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
