Hire Controller (Implant)

Full-time | Monday - Friday | 42.5 hours/week

About the Role

As Hire Controller you will work onsite at one of our key clients in St Helens. You'll be the go-to person for Search hires - handling requests, answering enquiries, managing orders and making sure everything runs smoothly. The candidate is the link between the client's team and the Search branch, working hard to keep everyone happy and informed.

This is a full time role.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling all hire requests directly from the client - from booking to off hire. Working closely with all branches to make the correct arrangements for each hire. Keeping records up to date on the client's system. Sorting out any issues quickly - whether it's a breakdown, a late delivery or something else. Running reports on hire activity - keeping Search and the client informed. Attending client site meeting to plan for upcoming needs and stay in the loop. Helping with hire-related invoice queries or paperwork as necessary. Working with the team to keep things running smoothly. Being flexible with your working hours, especially during busy periods. Pitching in with other duties when needed.

What You'll Need

Good time management and customer service skills. Clear communication and a professional attitude. Organised and able to multitask. Comfortable working independently at the client site - you'll be trusted to get on with things. Good with emails, spreadsheets, data entry and general admin.

Nice to have:

Experience in welfare/toilet hire is a bonus, but not essential.
