Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hire Controller to join our team at Lymm, Warrington. This position, although based in Warrington, is to control the hire desk for our new Shildon depot, by raising hire contracts, quoting customers, arranging breakdown, puncture & warranty callouts and liaising with our cross hire department when required.

Responsibilities

To manage the daily running of the powered access fleet of machines and auxiliaries. To update and operate all aspects of the IT fleet management system. To be involved in the daily activities of the services engineers, transport planning and yard personnel. To liaise with and process customers requirements on a daily basis for all hire requirements and services. Manage customer relationship and have a pro-active approach to promote hire services to potential and existing client base. To liaise on a daily basis with the Hire & Operations Controller on all aspects of activity as and when required.
