Due to company growth, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hire desk & Sales Coordinator to join our Hire and Sales Department who will be part of a busy and expanding department.

The hire desk & sales coordinator is a vital part of our everyday operations when it comes to sales and customer service. As our hire desk & sales coordinator, you will be coordinating the hire process from taking orders through to delivery and collection. You will be working directly with other departments, liaising with the yard team, drivers, servicing team and engineers to ensure customer requirements are met.

Being a small company the role is varied but we are looking for someone who is has a can do attitude. Some of your role will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries and ensure they get the best possible service. Process hire and sales orders Build strong relationships based on trust with existing customers Uphold a high level of customer service and maintain the image of RS French Working as part of a team in a very busy and fast paced office Assist the Office/Sales and Hire Manager in processing off hires and completing paperwork, ensuring that procedures for hire / sales contracts are adhered to Liase with new and existing customers over the phone, and via email taking enquiries and provide information about our products. Negotiating and converting hire enquiries into orders Identifying and interpreting the best welfare hire or transport solution for customers' requirements

Requirements:



We are looking for someone who is prepared to take on a variety of task associated with working with a family business. However, more importantly you must have.

Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales role Excellent levels of customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Flexible and self-motivated Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues High level of commitment and desire to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Solving problems and multi-tasking within a busy office environment

Working Hours and Benefits:



Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
