Assisting the branch manager on the hire desk dealing with customers face to face and via telephone and email, taking bookings and producing relevant paperwork.
Occasional deliveries and collections of small equipment will also be required.
This is a full time position, we operate Monday to Friday 0700 - 1700.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
About you
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a can do attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to the varying role.
You must have good communication skills and enjoy working with people, customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority.
Basic computer knowledge will be required
Experience in the industry would be preferable but not essential as we will provide in house training where required.
A clean driving license will be essential.
