The Role of a Hire Desk Controller



Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the top spending account, managing day-to-day customer interactions and ensuring their needs are met.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet those goals.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and maximise revenue.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by the client promptly and effectively.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

What do you need to succeed as an Hire Desk Controller?





Outstanding customer service skills, providing high quality customer experiences. Proven track record of achieving results through building relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience with Hire or Building Materials sales environments is preferred but not essential
