Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming hire enquiries via phone and email.
Process hire orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with the transport team to arrange timely deliveries and collections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage the administration of on-hire and off-hire contracts for GPS equipment
Accurately attach all outgoing equipment to contracts for tracking and accountability
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in a similar
hire desk, plant hire, or equipment rental
role
GPS or machine control experience is an advantage (but not essential)
Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A proactive approach to problem-solving and working under pressure
