Based in our Kilmarnock depot, this position is a vital part of the heart of our hire desk operations. Coordinating the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, communicating with customers on the telephone and email. Liaising regularly with stores and engineers ensuring hire equipment is dispatched in the time frame the customer requires.

Previous experience in hire, fleet, or sales admin is an advantage (but not essential)
Has good knowledge of MS Office including Word or Excel
Position will also include:
Answer hire and sales calls, providing friendly and professional service
After sales care. Ensuring our customers continue to be provided with an unrivalled service
Prepare and process hire contracts, quotations, and orders
Stock control
General administration duties inc. maintaining accurate records and input data into internal systems, raising purchase orders, invoice queries, recharging damage costs etc
