We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Hire Fleet Administrator to join our busy team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our hire fleet operations, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and documentation are always managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, hire agreements, and service schedules
Process hire contracts, extensions, and off-hire documentation
Liaise with customers regarding bookings, collections, and returns
Liaise with workshop regarding pre-delivery checks
Coordinate with workshops to schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Monitor compliance, including MOTs, servicing, insurance, and safety checks
Handle invoice queries and support general administration within the hire desk
Assist the operations team in ensuring a high standard of customer service
About You
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build good customer and supplier relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with hire/fleet systems is an advantage
Able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in hire desk, fleet administration or logistics is desirable but not essential
