Do you love keeping things organised, communicating clearly, and making sure jobs get done right? A respected leader in generator hire and service solutions is looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to join their operations team.
This role is central to making sure that customers get the service they need--on time, every time. You'll be working closely with engineers, drivers, and planners to keep everything running smoothly, while staying cool under pressure and delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling incoming hire and service enquiries Coordinating equipment, engineers, and logistics Updating customers and internal teams throughout each job Supporting the wider team with admin, compliance, and reporting Taking part in a rotating on-call support rota (with added earnings!)
What You'll Bring:
Coordination or admin experience in a fast-moving service environment Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach Confidence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & job tracking systems A collaborative attitude and ability to multitask effectively (Bonus if you've worked in hire, power, or engineering sectors!) Up to 30,000 salary, depending on experience Additional earnings from on-call rota ? 25 days holiday + bank holidays Optional healthcare scheme + pension A busy, growing company where your work makes a real difference
