We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to engage customers effectively. This role involves guiding potential buyers through the purchasing process, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Ensuring deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits to the dealerships.
Be the key point of contact for the customers during this exciting experience of buying their car
Get the service right first time and every time.
Follow up with potential buyers through phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Previous experience in any form of customer service or sales background.
Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
Work a variety of flexible patterns (which can typically include weekends) to ensure the highest possible levels of service to customers.
Person Specification
Good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK driving license.
Previous experience in a sales position with a focus on face-to-face B2C sales.
Attend assessment Center as per need.
