Job Duties:
The HLTA will assist in delivering high-quality educational support to students, working closely with teachers and other staff members. Duties include providing assistance in classroom management, supporting students with their learning activities, and helping to create a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must have experience as a Teaching Assistant, hold a Functional Skills Level 2 qualification, and possess an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive behaviour, strong behavioural skills, patience, adaptability, effective communication, and excellent time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in education or related fields would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
The HLTA role involves working in a school environment, collaborating with students, teachers, and other staff members. The position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
