About the Role

We deliver sports programmes to schools, clubs, and community groups, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment. The successful candidate will lead engaging sessions, support player progression, and represent Lions Sports Academy with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate rugby sessions Work with young people of varying ages and skill levels Communicate effectively with players, parents, and schools Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Represent the values and standards of Lions Sports Academy

Requirements

Recognised

Hockey Coaching Qualification

Experience working with children and/or young athletes Ability to travel to multiple venues in Central London Strong communication and organisational skills DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) First Aid and Safeguarding certifications are desirable
