to lead our seasonal camps, ensuring every session runs smoothly and every child leaves with a smile.

About the Role

As a

HAF Camp Manager

, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a Supreme Education holiday camp, ensuring activities, meals, and safety standards meet both company and local authority expectations. You'll lead a team of dedicated staff, manage communication with parents and council representatives, and make sure every child receives a positive, inclusive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily camp operations, staff, and activity delivery. Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are always met. Coordinate healthy meal provision in line with HAF guidelines. Support and supervise activity leaders to deliver a fun, structured timetable. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and meal records. Communicate professionally with parents, carers, and local authority contacts. Foster an inclusive environment for children of all backgrounds and abilities.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a childcare, education, or youth setting. Strong organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of

HAF programme delivery

(preferred but not essential -- training provided).

Enhanced DBS

required (can be arranged through Supreme Education). A relevant qualification in childcare, sports coaching, or education is desirable. Level 2/3 Safeguarding and First Aid (or willingness to complete).
