We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Manager to oversee the operations of our Holiday club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and driving the overall success of the club.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the club, ensuring high standards of childcare and safety.
Lead, mentor, and support staff in their roles to promote a positive work environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's day and any concerns.
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs of children.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to childcare.
Drive initiatives that enhance the club's reputation within the community.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage with children and understand their needs through experience.
A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
