Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensuring a high standard of physical, personal, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the club. Supervision of and support to the team members within the club thereby implementing high standards of quality practices. Providing support and supervision to play leaders, play workers and other staff, including volunteers . To be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, good practice, club policies and procedures The day-to-day management of the club including quality improvement, marketing and administration. Administering first aid when necessary. (If holding a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate) Undertaking appropriate and relevant training. To promote the high standards of the club at all times to parents, staff and visitors To report back to the Club Owners as required with information relating to finance, quality of the provision, marketing and anything else deemed necessary.

Responsible for: Deputy /play leaders /play workers/volunteers

The Commitment:

This role is available for Mondays to Fridays of school holidays, excluding bank holidays, from 8.00am - 6.00pm. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Salary and benefits:

15.00 - 20.00 per hour depending on experience the starting pay will be 15.00 per hour for the trial period. Company offer to all Staff, free childcare for children aged 3 years and over
