Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holiday club provision at our Poynton club which is based at St Paul's Catholic Primary School. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and children.
The Job:
Ensuring a high standard of physical, personal, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the club.
Supervision of and support to the team members within the club thereby implementing high standards of quality practices.
Ensuring that the club's policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently adhered to and that operations run smoothly.
The day-to-day management of the club including quality improvement, marketing and administration.
To promote the high standards of the club at all times to parents, staff and visitors.
To report back to the proprietor as required with information relating to finance, quality of the provision, marketing and anything else deemed necessary.
The capacity to identify areas for improvement, solve problems quickly, and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
The Commitment:
This role is available for Mondays - Friday during the school holidays only, excluding bank holidays, from 7.30am - 6.00pm per day. Flexible working arrangements may be available.
We are looking for:
Someone who loves to see children of all ages enjoying different activities and having fun. You'll be friendly and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work closely with the proprietor to ensure that the club organisation and administration is of the highest quality.
We are looking for the successful candidate to start during the upcoming October half-term.

Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare or Qualified Teacher Status or Early Years Educator
At least 1 years experience working in a management capacity.
At least 2 years' experience working with children in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of Safeguarding requirements/duties.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Value and understand the importance of play for children aged 3 - 12.
Have a child-centred focus.
Desirable but not Essential Requirements:
Full 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Designated Safeguarding Lead Certificate
Driving License
Computer literate
We are committed to safeguarding; all staff will be required to have a DBS check and references before starting.
Specific Fun Fest Holiday Club training will be provided to the successful candidate.
