About Us:

Superstar Sports is a family run organisation that is dedicated to inspiring young individuals aged 2 - 14 to gain a love of sport whilst allowing them to become to the best they can be. We provide fun, engaging, and inclusive sports programs designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal development. We are currently seeking dynamic, motivated, and flexible individuals to join our coaching team. We are based between Fareham, Southampton & Lymington.

As a Holiday Course coach you would join one of our teams providing support delivering high energy, safe and fun provisions covering a range of activities including:

Outdoor Sports Performing Arts Gymnastics Inflatables Crafts Team Games Cooking
Your role will involve leading sessions, promoting a positive and safe environment, and encouraging the development of both skills and confidence.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sports coaching or a related field. Relevant coaching qualifications. Ability to work with primary aged children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one).
