Are you ready to lead exciting, high-quality holiday clubs that change children's lives?
We're looking for a driven Holiday Clubs Operations Co-ordinator to join our growing team at Premier Education. You'll oversee the planning, delivery, and performance of our successful Parent-funded and HAF-funded holiday clubs, ensuring each venue operates to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing



Lead end-to-end operations of all holiday clubs - staffing, planning, resources, activities, venues, and safeguarding. Manage and support Club Leaders to deliver engaging, safe, and high-energy experiences. Drive occupancy across venues through performance tracking, local engagement, and collaboration with marketing. Ensure compliance with Ofsted, local authority, and internal standards - including safeguarding, HAF funding conditions, and audit readiness. Build relationships with schools, local authorities, and parents as the go-to operational contact for all club matters. Oversee budgets for food and consumables within HAF clubs to deliver outstanding value.

Who You Are



Experienced in delivering or managing holiday clubs (or similar childcare services). A confident people leader, ideally with experience managing remote teams across multiple sites. Skilled in logistics, planning, and delivery under pressure. Strong in safeguarding awareness - ideally DSL trained (or willing to train). Commercially aware with a drive to grow occupancy and enhance experiences. Organised, proactive, and great with people - from school site teams to parents.

Essential Requirements



Experience coordinating or delivering holiday clubs (or similar childcare services) Proven team leadership experience Confident communicator with schools, parents, and internal teams Level 3 Team Leader qualification or equivalent Flexible to work across multiple locations, especially during school holidays

Desirable



Experience with HAF or similar funded programmes Financial confidence (managing budgets) Understanding of safeguarding and compliance frameworks (EYFS, Ofsted) Knowledge of CRM/booking systems Level 5 Operations Manager qualification
