Holiday Home Quality Manager





Team Swift are recruiting for a Holiday Home Quality Manager to join the Quality team here at Swift.



The role manages a high performance team who complete the cleaning, inspection and movement of all Caravans, Motorhomes and Holiday Homes before dispatch to the Dealer network and customers, ensuring this is achieved in line with Swift dispatch plans and to the correct quality standards and specifications.



As Quality Manager, the challenge is maintaining and improving quality standards and specifications against a background of very demanding production schedules and dispatch requirements.



The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team, be customer service driven and be focused on the detail. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record to deliver high quality standards, versatile and can think on their feet, a meticulous and driven individual who works and thrives under pressure, leading by example whilst promoting a strong team ethos and Safety First approach.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for the quality processes, product quality and QA teams within Holiday Homes and Manufacturing Work closely with the Warranty Department and Dealer support to understand customer feedback and promptly address potential issues effectively Reviewing Dealer Receipts, PDI and warranty information to correct failings and improve overall Dealer and Customer quality and reliability Manage the Quality Expectations in Manufacturing and maintain quality standards for components Reporting daily, weekly and monthly KPI data as agreed with Head of Quality Training, development and mentoring of the team Manage and maintain process and procedures Control of inspection and business critical documentation Internal Audits of systems and procedures Maintain suitable and safe levels of housekeeping at all times within the working environment, including all walkway areas including systems housekeeping Develop and drive a company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, development and high performance Obtain results through staff by recruiting and selecting; inducting and training employees through the Academy provision; communicating role expectations; leading employees using the review and performance management systems, and providing clear feedback Actively support the TEAM SWIFT ethos by positively working with others Be familiar with, and adhere to, company policies and procedures Meet your Health & Safety responsibilities and co-operate with management to achieve a healthy and safe workplace, taking reasonable care of yourself and others

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



Minimum 1 year management or team leader experience Operationally experienced in any manufacturing or assembly industry Customer service/quality experience Demonstrated professional development and self-learning Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Set goals and target driven environment Positive can do approach * Excellent IT skills
