Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers, providing detailed information about holiday home offerings and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing to promote holiday home packages through various channels.
Oversee the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Provide training and support to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all sales activities.
Experience
Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably within the hospitality or real estate industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
