Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe, attractive, and functional. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape upkeep, along with practical skills in operating various tools and machinery. Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, to uphold aesthetic standards Operate power tools such as hedge trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently Cleaning hot tubs Exterior cleans of letting properties Conduct minor repairs Litter picking and general tasks around site Ensure all grounds are clean, safe, and well-organised by removing debris and hazards

Skills

Proven experience in grounds work and maintenance Some mechanical knowledge related to garden machinery and equipment Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping tasks Good organisational skills with an eye for detail in outdoor environment Physical fitness to perform manual tasks over extended periods in various weather conditions Full clean driving licence
