Role Specifics



Based at our 5-star Holiday Home & Lodge Park, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service and standards throughout their stay. This is an exciting long-term career opportunity for the right candidate. We're looking for someone with a warm, engaging personality who can build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues, creating a professional yet welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

The role requires flexibility, including evenings (until 7pm on Mondays and Fridays) and weekends (with full weekend shifts available if preferred). Working days and times will be confirmed at interview. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

Working in a front facing customer role, maintaining a professional manner at all times and assisting with any enquiries our holiday makers may have Maintaining a proactive attitude in promoting the park to all visitors and guests, including contacting guests in advance of their stay Going above and beyond to ensure our 5-star service is consistently delievered, including 5-star check-ins and departures Building excellent product knowledge, to assist guests with any enquiries Dealing with any customer issues or complaints in a professional, caring and understanding manner, using initiative to resolve situations at the time and exceed satisfaction levels Assisting holidaymakers and all guests to enjoy their stay by having an excellent knowledge of what is available on the park and the surrounding area Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed To comply and work within the Company's Health & Safety Policies To complete any other duties requested of you by the management team To support other customer facing departments, as required

Reception



Ensuring incoming calls are answered promptly and efficiently Maintaining the Reception area, ensuring it is presented to a 5-star standard at all times Taking responsibility for customer requests and making arrangements to ensure they are dealt with from start to finish Taking payments and processing banking daily Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well Ensure hand over of duties is communicated effectively to colleagues Organising and dealing with contractors that visit the park, ensuring they check in & follow Health & Safety protocol Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers, ensuring you are aware of offers that are available to them

Essential Requirements



A friendly and approachable personality Self-motivated and commitment to delivering excellent service The ability to multi-task and prioritise work-load Excellent customer service and organisational skills Excellent observation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills An eagerness to learn and develop 5-star personal presentation

Desirable Requirements



A current DBS Check with the update service, but if not this will be gained during the recruitment process
