HolgateHoliday Park Silverdale is located on the Lancashire/ Cumbria border between Carnforth and Milnthorpe and provides an idyllic holiday location whilst still being close to major transport links, as well as the towns and cities of Lancaster, Kendal and the Lake District.
The award winning park offers a mix of touring caravan pitches, privately owned holiday homes, pods and hire static caravans and holiday cottages
Who are we looking for?
Were looking for a front of house Holiday Sales Advisor / Receptionist who is passionate about providing great customer service in a demanding but rewarding 5Holiday environment.
What hours will I work:
40 hours a week that will include evenings, weekends and school holidays

Who will you report to?
Bookings and Reception manager
Main Responsibilities
Be first point of contact for owners and holiday makers dealing with all enquiries in efficient, friendly and personalised manner
Promptly answering customer calls and dealing with all calls appropriately
Liaising with Housekeeping and Park Wardens to ensure that check ins and check outs are communicated clearly to manage quick turnaround
Carrying out daily check lists for opening and closing each day with accountability including cash handling
Driving sales with outbound calls to offer additional booking extras, extra nights and upgrades where possible
Creating and managing owner bookings with external agents in a quick and efficient manner
Understanding the parks and booking products to support with customer enquiries in a confident manner
Processing gas orders for owners and holiday hire
Editing and setting up new members on our internal gym database
Carrying out admin tasks to support with owner repairs and requests as required
Processing swimming tickets and completing the payments on the internal payment systems
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential
Excellent communication skills
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to be highly organised and prioritise workload
Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, excel)
Experience working with online booking systems
Friendly, personable and amenable character
Desirable
Previous experience in similar roles.
