Wrights Coaches are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to find gaps in the market which suit the demographic of our client base. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. The company prides itself on putting together a range of interesting Itineraries for both its DayBreak & Holiday Programme, and the successful candidate should pride itself on highlighting new destinations, and evolving our programme to meet new customers trends.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
Handle tasks with precision and maintain accurate records.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and customers.
Assist in upselling services or products where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyse reports and data to identify trends and areas for diversification.
Support the team in administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all deadlines are met, and all tasks are completed.
Requirements
Proactive, positive, forward thinking individual with a passion for travel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Experience in a administrative roles is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

This position is based on 25 Hours per week, on a THREE WEEK ROTA. Hours can be split into THREE DAYS which includes ONE SATURDAY IN THREE. Reporting directly to the Office Manager Wrights Coaches prides itself on a flexible working environment, within a small, forward thinking team. Our customers are at the forefront of our operations, and we're seeking a passionate, hard working individual to support the business in maintaining our strong position with the local area.
Hours of Work Range from - 0800 - 1800 (Monday to Friday) (Early's or Lates)
Saturday Hours - 0900 - 1400 (Saturday)
An immediate start is available for the right candidate; or a suitable start date can be negotiated.
