We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Holidays & Product team, based at our head office in Bulwell, Nottingham.

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Holidays & Product Assistant to effectively manage the day-to-day administration of our holidays and day trip portfolio (these throughout the UK and Europe). You will be required to work efficiently, manage your own time and deliver results within set deadlines.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Liaising with suppliers and booking attractions/ancillary services
Utilising in-house systems, load products ready for sale
Creating travel documentation for customers and drivers, enabling us to successfully deliver our holidays and day trips
Assisting with the planning and development of our products
Supporting with customer service requirements
Contributing to the effective running of the department. Follow all company policies. Work well with all members of the team offering support and showing a proactive approach to improving ways we work
Being part of the on-call team
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experience of working in the travel industry
Computer literate - with experience of word, excel and outlook
Customer Focussed
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently to tight deadlines
Hardworking and reliable
Excellent organisational skills
