As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring the team
to deliver outstanding childcare. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintaininghigh-quality standards.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. Supporting curriculum development and fostering a safe, stimulating environment for young learners.What We're Looking For:
A
Level 3 Early Years qualification
(or above) and solid experience in childcare leadership. A strong understanding ofEYFS standards
and best practices. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Acan-do attitude
and a passion for shaping a nursery from its very first days.What We Offer:
