We are seeking a Care Home Services Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent written communications, and proficiency in various software applications. You will support Management and Staff by ensuring we give our residents the best possible care and facilities.
Duties
(not exhaustive list)
Overall responsibility for purchases of supplies and equipment for the Home
Checking delivery records and posting expenses and bills on Accountancy Software
Assistance with onboarding staff/HR functions.
Quality Control - monitoring of all equipment and supplies in the Home to ensure everything functions as it should
Liaising with Care , Domestic and Ancillary teams to ensure they have adequate supplies for their jobs.
Maintain an organised office environment to facilitate effective workflow.
Ensure all communications are handled promptly
Requirements
Previous office administration experience is essential, with experience in purchasing/ordering desirable.
Strong computer/software skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets)
Excellent phone and email etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in data entry and clerical tasks is required.
Must be a driver with own car and live within a reasonable commute to the Home

Hours:
8am - 2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.75-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
