Join our dynamic team as a Home Administrator/Front of House Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to residents in a welcoming environment. You will be the heartbeat of our facility, ensuring smooth operations while fostering a vibrant community for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your leadership will shine as you manage daily activities, coordinate care plans, and engage with residents and their families to create a nurturing atmosphere.
What you'll do
Provide a dedicated front of house service, greeting and allowing visitors into the home
Answering and staffing the main home telephone number
Being first point of contact for all home related enquiries
Supporting the team in daily duties including photocopying, binding, laminating, producing posters/ leaflets etc
To establish and maintain efficient office systems and provide a full secretarial and administrative service for the home.
To ensure post and emails are actioned promptly.
To take and produce minutes as and when required.
To provide clerical/typing duties as and when required, ensuring confidentiality of all clinical / administrative records.
Competently providing administrative support for the site overall.
To co-ordinate home archiving and log all archives on the Moorland Home Archive Tracker.
Knowledge and Skills
Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to use a high degree of initiative.
