What

you'll be doing (in a nutshell):




As a member of our EAP team, you'll provide a 24/7 confidential support service via telephone, virtual and face to face counselling and support, for issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, debt advice and family issues.


In your role, you'll utilise technology to stay connected to the team environment, but also engage with home-based working, delivering structured counselling to employees across public and private sector organisations.

Day-to-day you can expect to:



Deliver short-term counselling via telephone, video or in-person (if appropriate) Conduct clinical assessments and manage risk in line with NICE guidelines Support clients using a range of therapeutic techniques and psychoeducation Offer timely signposting to appropriate services or agencies Provide advice to line managers or HR teams when required Manage cases within our computerised CBT (CCBT) programmes Handle occasional elevated risk or on-call scenarios (up to 3 times per year) Contribute to continuous clinical improvement and innovation in EAP delivery

To be successful, you'll have:



A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy At least 2 years' post-qualification experience Registration or accreditation with BACP (or equivalent professional body) - this is essential*
Experience delivering counselling via telephone and/or virtual platforms Confidence working in a fast-paced clinical environment with diverse client needs A trauma-informed approach and understanding of short-term therapy models High levels of organisation, professionalism, and digital literacy An enhanced DBS certificate (we can arrange this if needed)

The Interview Process




Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

Application 30 minute call with a member of the TA team 60-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
