The Role

Are you interested in caring for people in a 24 hour supported living environment and enabling them to live independently?

We are looking to extend our team of Home Care Assistants in the community around Amlwch, Benllech, Cemaes, Llanerchymedd and Llangefni, with flexibility to also cover shifts in Hafan Cefni.

Skills & Requirements

Caring, hardworking, reliable, committed, enthusiastic. Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities & Duties

Assisting clients with care such as washing and maintaining personal hygiene standards. Preparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals. Managing medication.
Appointment to the post is subject to References and DBS clearance.
