Job Description
14.00 per hour + paid training, mileage & travel time
No experience required - full training provided
Guaranteed 5 hrs/week contract with opportunity to grow to 20+ hrs/week
Shifts available: mornings, evenings & weekends
Responsibilities
Provide social companionship, personal care & mobility support to clients in Birchington, Monkton and the wider Thanet area (Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate) Follow bespoke care plans and accurately report any changes in condition or behaviour Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment in line with health & safety protocols Communicate compassionately with clients, families and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
No prior care experience? Perfect - full training from day one Full UK driving licence & own vehicle Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship) Good command of English for clear, empathetic communication
