Summary

As a Care Worker at Anglo Support and Housing Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs to achieve their optimum health and well-being. Based in Great Britain, you will provide personalized care that respects the dignity and independence of each service user.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and medication administration. Support service users with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. Assist individuals in participating in social activities and hobbies to enhance their quality of life. Escort service users to medical appointments or educational establishments as needed. Tailor support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual while promoting independence. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all service users.

Requirements

Sponsorship not offered. Only UK citizens or with right to work , those on Spouse Dependents Visa, Skilled Workers option to work 20 hours per week.

Experience in home care or similar roles is preferred. Understanding of medication administration protocols is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with service users and their families. Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality care.
