We are seeking an experienced, resilient, and driven Home Care Manager to lead our care team and drive excellence in the delivery of domiciliary care services. Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and motivate a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and care workers
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care to clients in their homes
Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety, GDPR, and internal policies
Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to uphold standards
Monitor service delivery, deal with incidents, and resolve complaints professionally
Work closely with local authorities, families, and external professionals to coordinate care packages
Drive continuous improvement in care planning, scheduling, and client satisfaction
Ensure all records, systems, and reporting meet regulatory and organisational standards
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, especially during crises or audits
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Confident using care management systems and digital tools
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working toward it)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
