Home Care Registered Manager - Barnsley

Creative Care is a well-established home care company operating predominantly in the Barnsley area and looking to recruit a new registered manager.

Job summary;

Ensure core company quality standards, CQC requirements and contractual obligations are consistently achieved

Provide operational leadership for staff and the management team maintaining effective systems of communication, supervision and development

Ensure robust staff rotas are maintained and manage associated staff performance

Ensure effective and person-centred care planning and risk assessment systems are in place

Deliver excellent customer care and maintain strong relationships with health and social care colleagues.

Identify and deliver ongoing improvements in service quality and operational efficiency

Pay: From 45,000.00 per year - Please note salary is subject to negotiation in line with experience and skills.
