Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in following their care plans to ensure their specific needs are met. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client well-being. Help clients with mobility and physical activities as required. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs while promoting healthy eating habits. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Drive clients to appointments or social outings when necessary. Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately in IT systems.

Experience

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential. A good understanding of care plans and the ability to communicate effectively in English is required. Candidates should possess a valid driving license to facilitate transportation of clients when needed.
