Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.

We are offering block pay on the following shift patterns 07.00am - 11.00am 12.00pm -14.00pm 16.00hrs - 18.00hrs 18.30pm - 22.30pm. These are to cover shifts in the Isle of Axholme.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and run errands as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and comfort of clients

Experience:
- Experience
- Knowledge of first aid and medication administration is a plus
- Familiarity with dementia care, is beneficial
- A compassionate and patient demeanor is essential for this role
