Experienced insurance sales professionals with a strong focus and desire to achieve targets. If you're motivated and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you. A proven track record of success in phone-based sales is essential, and experience in home insurance is highly desirable. We offer expert training and a clear path to success in this role.

Please Note:

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities:

Proactively sell suitable products and services to customers Focus on home insurance policies Manage customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships Call customers who have directly enquired through the website, ensuring you are working with hot leads Handle a mix of 70% outbound and 30% inbound calls Develop an understanding and knowledge of the insurance market and our partners
