Children's Home Manager

Up to 55,000 + 5,000 Welcome Bonus

21% Annual Bonus | OTE: 71,550 in Year One



We're working with a well-established provider who's looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the reins of a 3-bed CCE home in Wiltshire. The home is currently full, with three young people settled and thriving--this is a brilliant opportunity to build on that momentum and lead a team that's truly making a difference.

You'll be supported by a regional clinical network that includes Psychologists, Therapists, and Advisors specialising in exploitation, harmful behaviours, and trauma-informed practice. Managers consistently highlight the value of this support--not just for the young people, but for their own development and wellbeing too.

What you'll be doing:

You'll lead with purpose and compassion, creating a safe, nurturing space where young people feel heard, respected and inspired.

Champion therapeutic, child-centred care and drive positive outcomes Build a resilient, inclusive team culture rooted in trust and high standards Oversee safeguarding, compliance, care planning and team development Coach and mentor your staff, supporting their growth and progression Manage budgets, service development and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

3+ years' experience in a senior role within children's residential care Level 3 or 4 in CYP workforce (and ideally working towards Level 5) Strong grasp of safeguarding legislation and children's home regulations Financial acumen and a commitment to high-quality care Full UK driving licence and flexibility for on-call duties
