Salary:

45,000 - 60,000 per year (based on experience)

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in a nursing home setting

Qualification:

Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate

Nurse Home Manager

to lead and manage our care home based in

L13 1DG

. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of delivering high-quality care in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and management of the care home Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards Manage staffing, training, and performance development Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for all residents

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

with a

valid NMC PIN

Minimum

5 years of experience

working in a nursing home, with at least some in a leadership or managerial role In-depth knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
