Job Title:

House Manager



Location:

Stoke-on-Trent / Newcastle-under-Lyme (ST5)



Salary:

36,000 - 43,600 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)



Working Hours:

48 hours per week (2 on, 4 off shift pattern with sleeps + Admin/Managerial hours)



Hourly Rate:

Competitive - Salary-based role



Number of Sleeps Required:

After each shift



Pay Per Sleep:

Included in salary



Service:

Supported Living (Care Leavers Service)



Service Users:

YPs aged 16 to 25 - SEMH, Trauma, CCE, CSE



Qualifications Required:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent recognised social care qualification



Experience in Years Required:

2 years working with young people aged 13-25

Who we are looking for...



A committed and flexible leader ready to take responsibility for a supported living home


You

must

hold a

Full UK Driving Licence

and have access to a vehicle with

business insurance



A qualified professional with a

Level 3 Diploma

(or equivalent) relevant to working with young people


2+ years of experience working with vulnerable YPs (13-25)

Individuals with only CQC or domiciliary care experience will not be considered
