Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
Lead and support the care and nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with
CQC standards
and company policies.
Oversee staff management, recruitment, and development.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
with valid NMC PIN.
Minimum of
3 years' nursing home experience
, including management responsibilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and governance.
Commitment to delivering excellent standards of care.
