Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the care team to ensure high standards of care delivery
Oversee clinical practices, including medication administration, care planning, and safeguarding
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety, and company policies
Manage staffing, recruitment, and training, including appraisals and supervision
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents and staff
Required Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration
Proven leadership experience in a care home or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of clinical care practices, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and support staff, fostering a positive team culture
Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
