Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage nursing and care staff to deliver excellent care.
Oversee daily operations of the care home, including staffing, budgets, and compliance.
Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Support staff development and training to maintain high standards.
Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of nursing home experience.
Deputy Manager experience stepping up to a managerial role is also acceptable.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
