We are looking for a Home Manager with a proven track record of nursing home management and experience with a passion for delivering the highest quality of care to the residents along with strong organisational and managerial skills.
It is also essential to have a good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities. You must hold a valid Management qualification.
In return we offer a remuneration package with a salary of 60,000 pa plus a substantial Performance Related Pay Scheme. A company pension, excellent support, regular supervision and on site parking.
