As a Home Ownership Administrator, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes, providing the administrative support to the team to ensure that new projects run smoothly. Your work will ensure that as the first point of contact, residents are able to get the support they need without any delays.

What you'll be doing:
You will be supporting the Home Ownership team with daily operational and administrative duties being the first point of contact for a range of enquiries whether this be in person or via emails and phone.
As you will be responsible for keeping the system up to date and organising and facilitating the quarterly events, a keen eye for detail and great organisational skills is essential.
You will be creating presale management packs upon request and within the deadlines, so accuracy is key. This will include raising invoices and protecting the Council from any claims due to delays.
There may be occasions where you will need to attend meetings outside the normal working day or over weekends for which sufficient notice will be given, so a level of flexibility is also required.

What you'll bring
You'll be highly motivated, Excellent administrative, organisational and minute taking skills organised and ready to facilitate and organise the homeownership events and manage new projects. Be experience in planning, and understanding of project coordination or event logistics, including planning tools and evaluation frameworks.
With a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a range of methods, you will be confident engaging with residents, councillors and partners alike, with the ability to build trust and bring people together.
Above all, you'll have a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference.
