Our Linkwood View Housing with Care development in Elgin provides enhanced care provision to adults living with varying needs. This includes physical disability, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. Our residents live in their own homes and our team is at the forefront of helping to support residents to live as independently as they are able with services adapted to individual care and support plans.



We have various contracts available and hours can be discussed at interview.

About You

Successful candidates will have:


A genuine passion for helping people. An ability to demonstrate our values of promoting inclusion, accountability, respect, and collaboration. An ability to work flexibly and travel between developments within the area. An ability to treat people with empathy and recognise the rights of choice and independence. A willingness to work towards an SVQ and register with the SSSC. An ability to work flexibly and as a lone worker on site, helping to cover a 24-hour shift pattern. A basic level of digital skills and literacy. An ability to complete a full and satisfactory PVG check prior to joining (you must be a member of the PVG scheme prior to starting this role with us).

These permanent Home Support Worker opportunities involve working 7 days per week up to 35-hours Monday to Sunday. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way and in full compliance with both statutory and regulatory requirements.
