What You'll Do:
Use your expertise to adapt lessons which meet individual learning needs.
Help SEND children in reaching their full educational potential and boost their confidence.
Be passionate about inclusion, creating learning environments where every student feels seen, supported and capable.
What We're Looking For:
A
friendly

upbeat attitude
and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
Proven experience supporting a wide spectrum of SEND (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD).
Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths (primary or secondary level).
Reliable, organised, and confident working independently.
Experience collaborating with families.
Innovation and flexibility in lesson delivery.
