About us
Mrs Strauss Tutoring is a tutoring agency based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Our goal is to provide an individualised tutoring service in the students home - servicing Southend-on-sea and surrounding areas..
```Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in English at secondary level.
- Develop personalised lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Utilise various teaching strategies and resources to enhance learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly in a tutoring or educational setting
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field of English (preferred)
- Teaching certification or credentials (preferred)```

Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
